Specialist Writer & Trainer for the Voices for Just Climate Action Project (2024) / Project facilitator: SouthSouthNorth (SSN): The VCA aims to help local civil society groups claim a central role as empowered innovators, facilitators, and advocates of climate solutions. They work with over 200 partners in Bolivia-Paraguay, Brazil, Kenya, Tunisia, Zambia and Indonesia.

Deliverables included training of SSN local partners (communication and knowledge brokers) on impact stories and the production of compelling impact stories using interviews, outcome evidence and supporting documents

Creative Writer and Photographer for the Blue Peace Central Asia Project (2020 - 2022) / Countries of work: Tajikistan, Senegal: The Swiss Blue Peace approach promotes water cooperation to prevent conflict and increase regional cooperation by finding common solutions on shared water for the benefit of all. Blue Peace Central Asia focuses on setting up a high-level dialogue to facilitate regional exchanges, a more operational technical approach to address specific issues and an educational track geared towards strengthening the youth of Central Asia as agents of change

The consultant position entailed the development of a series of impact stories based on project objectives as discussed with the funder, creating a project-relevant photo archive, and conducting field visits for in-person, local interviews and photography.

Creative Writer for the Smart Waters Project (2019 - 2020) / Project facilitator: CAREC (Central Asian Regional Environmental Centre) / Countries of work: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan

Smart Waters was a five-year project designed to help five Central Asian countries and Afghanistan to build a cadre of professionals capable of managing shared water resources, maximizing the economic value of water equitably in the face of climate change and other pressures, understanding the value of such practices, and trust each other. The consultant position entailed the implementation of the public outreach strategy, the development of impact stories based on the project achievements, and producing and writing scripts for short video clips on project results.

Creative Writer & Communications Consultant for Transboundary Rivers of South Asia (TROSA) Program (2021) / Project facilitator: International Rivers

TROSA was a five-year regional water governance program that aims to reduce poverty among riverine communities in the transboundary river basins of the Ganges, Brahmaputra, Meghna, and Salween. The consultant position entailed writing and editing key communications outputs, including an outcome harvesting report, blog posts, policy briefs, case studies, and profiles.
